في أحد الأيام المدرسية المعتادة، حينما كنا نستعد لدخول الفصل الدراسي، فجأة رن جرس الإنذار بأصواته المتداخلة والمتسارعة، ما أثار الذعر والفضول بين الطلاب والمعلمين. كانت الإدارة قد أعلنت فجأة عن إغلاق المدرسة بسبب حادث غير متوقع. هذه الكلمات نفسها كانت كافية لتغيير اليوم الروتيني إلى لحظة مليئة بالإثارة والتوتر.
بينما كنا ننتظر بفارغ الصبر معرفة السبب الحقيقي لإغلاق المدرسة، بدأت الشائعات تنتشر في الأرجاء كالنار في الهشيم. البعض قال إن هناك تسريب غاز خطير، والبعض الآخر تكهن بوجود مشكلة في البنية التحتية للمبنى. كل تلك الفرضيات أضافت المزيد من الإثارة والغموض للموقف.
لم يمض وقت طويل حتى ظهرت الإدارة برفقة فرق الإنقاذ والطوارئ، والتي أكدت فيما بعد أن هناك مشكلة في أنابيب المياه التي تسببت في تسريب كبير أدى إلى تلف بعض الفصول الدراسية. كان هذا التفسير كافياً لجعلنا ندرك مدى خطورة الموقف وضرورة إخلاء المدرسة.
بينما كنا نغادر المدرسة، كنا نشعر بمزيج من الحزن والتشويق. فقد تحول اليوم الدراسي الروتيني إلى مغامرة غير متوقعة، حيث كنا شهوداً على حدث لم نكن نتوقعه. بعد عدة أيام من الإغلاق، عادت المدرسة إلى نشاطها المعتاد بعد صيانة وإصلاح كافة الأضرار. لكن تلك اللحظات المثيرة ظلت محفورة في ذاكرتنا كجزء من ذكرياتنا المدرسية.

On one typical school day, as we were preparing to enter the classroom, suddenly the alarm bell rang with its overlapping and rapid sounds, causing panic and curiosity among students and teachers. The administration had suddenly announced the closing of the school due to an unexpected incident. These very words were enough to turn the routine day into a moment full of excitement and tension.
As we eagerly waited to know the real reason for the school closure, rumors started spreading like wildfire. Some said there was a dangerous gas leak, while others speculated about an issue with the building’s infrastructure. All these hypotheses added more excitement and mystery to the situation.
It wasn’t long before the administration appeared with rescue and emergency teams, which later confirmed that there was a problem with the water pipes that caused a major leak, leading to damage to some classrooms. This explanation was enough to make us realize the seriousness of the situation and the necessity of evacuating the school.
As we left the school, we felt a mix of sadness and excitement. The routine school day had turned into an unexpected adventure, where we witnessed an event we hadn’t anticipated. After several days of closure, the school resumed its usual activities after repairing all the damages. But those thrilling moments remained etched in our memories as part of our school recollections.
