الجهراء
مدينة الجهراء تقع في محافظة الجهراء، وهي إحدى المحافظات الست في دولة الكويت. تعتبر الجهراء من أقدم المناطق المأهولة بالسكان في الكويت، إذ تمتاز بتراثها الثقافي الغني وتاريخها العريق. تاريخياً، كانت الجهراء مركزاً للتجارة والتبادل بين القبائل، وتطورت مع الزمن لتصبح منطقة زراعية مهمة بسبب وفرة المياه الجوفية والأراضي الخصبة.
تشتهر الجهراء بالعديد من المعالم البارزة مثل قصر الأحمر الذي يعود إلى القرن التاسع عشر، وهو واحد من أهم المعالم التاريخية في الكويت. كما توجد في الجهراء عدة حدائق ومنتزهات تضفي جمالاً أخضرًا على المدينة.
في العصر الحديث، شهدت الجهراء تطورًا ملحوظًا في البنية التحتية والخدمات العامة، حيث توفر السكن الراقي والتجارة الحديثة والخدمات الصحية والتعليمية المتميزة، مما يجعلها منطقة جاذبة للسكان والزوار على حد سواء.

Al-Jahra is located in Al-Jahra Governorate, one of the six governorates of Kuwait. Al-Jahra is one of the oldest inhabited areas in Kuwait, characterized by its rich cultural heritage and ancient history. Historically, Al-Jahra served as a trade and exchange center among tribes and evolved over time into a significant agricultural area due to its abundance of groundwater and fertile lands.
Al-Jahra is famous for several prominent landmarks such as the Red Palace, dating back to the 19th century, which is one of Kuwait’s most important historical sites. The area also boasts numerous parks and gardens, adding a green charm to the city.
In modern times, Al-Jahra has witnessed significant development in infrastructure and public services. The area now offers upscale housing, modern commerce, and outstanding healthcare and educational services, making it an attractive location for both residents and visitors.
