كاظم الساهر، المعروف بلقب “قيصر الأغنية العربية”، هو مغني وملحن عراقي يتمتع بصوت فريد وموسيقى ساحرة. وُلد في الموصل بالعراق في 12 سبتمبر 1957، وقد بدأ مشواره الفني منذ الصغر. تعد موسيقاه مزيجًا مميزًا من الغناء العربي التقليدي والحداثة الموسيقية.
إنجازات كاظم الساهر تتعدى حدود الغناء، فهو ملحن بارع كتب العديد من أغانيه بنفسه. أغانيه تتناول موضوعات الحب، الوطن، والسلام، وتعبر عن مشاعر عميقة وتجارب إنسانية مختلفة. من أشهر أغانيه “زيديني عشقًا”، “أنا وليلى”، و”إلى تلميذة”.
