ليلة الرغائب هي واحدة من الليالي المميزة في الإسلام والتي تحظى باهتمام خاص لدى المسلمين. تأتي هذه الليلة في أول ليلة جمعة من شهر رجب، وهو الشهر السابع من التقويم الإسلامي. يُعتقد أن هذه الليلة تحمل في طياتها فرصة عظيمة للاستغفار والتوبة وقبول الدعاء، ولذلك يتسابق المسلمون لإحيائها بالعبادة والصلاة.
صلاة ليلة الرغائب هي صلاة خاصة تُقام في هذه الليلة وتتميز بكونها ذات طابع روحي عميق. يعتقد المسلمون أن من يصلي هذه الصلاة بإخلاص ويحسن توجهه لله تعالى، يحظى بفضل كبير ويُغفر له ذنوبه الماضية. تبدأ هذه الصلاة بعد صلاة العشاء وتتكون من 12 ركعة تُصلى مثنى مثنى (أي ركعتين ركعتين)، ويتخللها أدعية واستغفار.

Laylat al-Raghaib is one of the special nights in Islam, holding a significant place in the hearts of Muslims. This night falls on the first Thursday night of the Islamic month of Rajab, which is the seventh month in the Islamic calendar. It is believed that this night offers a great opportunity for repentance, seeking forgiveness, and having prayers answered, which is why Muslims eagerly seek to revive it with worship and prayer.
The prayer of Laylat al-Raghaib is a special prayer performed on this night and is characterized by its deep spiritual nature. Muslims believe that those who perform this prayer sincerely and with a proper intention towards Allah, are granted immense virtue and their past sins are forgiven. This prayer begins after the Isha (night) prayer and consists of 12 Rak’ahs (units of prayer) performed in sets of two, interspersed with supplications and seeking forgiveness.
Many hadiths (sayings of the Prophet Muhammad) and narrations emphasize the importance and virtue of this night.
