لم يكن الأمر سهلاً، فقد واجه نواف العديد من العقبات، من نقص الموارد إلى عدم الدعم الكافي من المجتمع. لكنه لم يستسلم، بل استمر في العمل بجد واجتهاد. وبفضل إيمانه القوي بفكرته، تمكن من جذب الانتباه والدعم من مختلف الجهات، سواء كانت محلية أو دولية.
اليوم، أصبح مركز نواف سلام للشباب نموذجًا يُحتذى به في جميع أنحاء لبنان. الشباب يأتون من مختلف المناطق للمشاركة في البرامج والدورات التي يقدمها المركز، ويخرجون منه بأمل جديد ورؤية مختلفة لمستقبلهم. وبفضل هذا المركز، تمكن الكثيرون من الحصول على وظائف جديدة وتحقيق أحلامهم.
