تم تصميم المدينة لتكون مستدامة بالكامل، حيث تعتمد على الطاقة الشمسية والرياح، وتعيد تدوير المياه والنفايات. تتكون المدينة من منصات مترابطة، كل منها مخصص لغرض معين مثل السكن، البحث العلمي، أو الزراعة المائية. يمكن لهذه المنصات أن تتوسع لاستيعاب أكثر من 100,000 شخص، مما يجعلها حلاً مبتكرًا لمشكلة الكثافة السكانية.
ما يميز “أوشيانكس بوسان” هو تصميمها الذي يدمج بين الجمال والوظيفة. المباني منخفضة الارتفاع، مع شرفات تطل على البحر، توفر بيئة معيشية مريحة ومستدامة. التنقل داخل المدينة يتم عبر سيارات كهربائية وعبّارات تعمل بالطاقة الشمسية، مما يقلل من الانبعاثات الكربونية.
هذا المشروع هو ثمرة تعاون بين الأمم المتحدة وشركة “أوشيانكس” وحكومة مدينة بوسان. إنه ليس فقط إنجازًا هندسيًا، بل هو دعوة للعالم لإعادة التفكير في كيفية بناء مدن المستقبل.

This dream has become a reality with the inauguration of the world’s first floating city, “Oceanix Busan,” in South Korea. Designed to be fully sustainable, the city relies on solar and wind energy, recycling water and waste. It consists of interconnected platforms, each dedicated to specific purposes like housing, scientific research, or aquaculture. These platforms can expand to accommodate over 100,000 people, making it an innovative solution to urban density.
What sets “Oceanix Busan” apart is its design, blending beauty with functionality. Low-rise buildings with balconies overlooking the sea provide a comfortable and sustainable living environment. Transportation within the city is facilitated by electric vehicles and solar-powered ferries, reducing carbon emissions.
