سعاد حسني، أيقونة الشاشة العربية وفتاة الأحلام في وجدان الملايين. وُلدت سعاد في 26 يناير 1943 في حي بولاق بالقاهرة، لتصبح لاحقًا رمزًا للجمال والأنوثة والفن الراقي في العالم العربي.
بدأت مسيرتها الفنية في عمر مبكر، فكانت أولى خطواتها على خشبة المسرح وهي في السادسة من عمرها. وظهرت للمرة الأولى في السينما بفيلم “حسن ونعيمة”، لتبهر الجميع بموهبتها الفريدة. تميزت حسني بقدرتها على تقديم أدوار متنوعة ومعقدة، بين الكوميديا والدراما، بالإضافة إلى أدائها الغنائي.
لقبت سعاد بـ”سندريلا الشاشة العربية”، وساهمت في تشكيل وعي وثقافة جيل كامل من خلال أفلامها التي تجاوزت الستين. ولم تكن سعاد مجرد ممثلة، بل كانت مدرسة فنية متكاملة تعلّم منها النجوم والشباب أسرار الأداء وحرفية التمثيل.
لكن خلف الأضواء، كانت هناك سعاد أخرى. حياة شخصية مليئة بالصراعات، والعزلة، والتحديات النفسية. وفي 21 يونيو 2001، رحلت سعاد حسني في ظروف غامضة، تاركةً وراءها علامة استفهام كبيرة حول حقيقة وفاتها.

Soad Hosny, the icon of Arab cinema and the dream girl in the hearts of millions. Born on January 26, 1943, in the Bulaq district of Cairo, she would later become a symbol of beauty, femininity, and high art in the Arab world.
Her artistic journey began at a young age, with her first steps on the theater stage at just six years old. She made her first film appearance in “Hassan and Naima,” stunning everyone with her unique talent. Hosny was distinguished by her ability to portray diverse and complex roles, from comedy to drama, in addition to her singing performances.
Dubbed the “Cinderella of Arab Screen,” Soad contributed to shaping the consciousness and culture of an entire generation through her films, which exceeded sixty. She was not just an actress, but a comprehensive artistic school from which stars and young talents learned the secrets of performance and acting craftsmanship.
But behind the lights, there was another Soad. A personal life filled with struggles, isolation, and psychological challenges. On June 21, 2001, Soad Hosny passed away under mysterious circumstances, leaving behind a big question mark about the truth of her death.
