فؤاد أنور هو أحد أعظم لاعبي كرة القدم في المملكة العربية السعودية، وإسمه محفور في تاريخ الكرة السعودية بأحرف من ذهب. وُلِدَ في 13 أكتوبر 1972، وكان لاعبًا استثنائيًا في مركز خط الوسط. بدأ مسيرته الكروية مع نادي الشباب السعودي، حيث أظهر مهارات فائقة وقدرة على التحكم في وسط الملعب بشكل مدهش.
واحدة من أبرز محطاته كانت مشاركته في كأس العالم 1994 التي أُقيمت في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. قاد فؤاد أنور المنتخب السعودي إلى دور الـ16 لأول مرة في تاريخ السعودية، مسجلاً هدفًا رائعًا في مرمى هولندا وهدفًا آخر في مرمى المغرب. أصبح هدفه ضد هولندا حديث الجميع وتم تذكره كأحد أفضل الأهداف في تاريخ المنتخب السعودي.
لا يقتصر تأثير فؤاد أنور على الملعب فقط، بل كان له دور كبير في إلهام الأجيال القادمة من اللاعبين السعوديين. كان يُعتَبَر مثالًا يحتذى به في الالتزام والشغف بكرة القدم. حقق مع نادي الشباب العديد من البطولات المحلية والقارية، وكان دائمًا يُظهِر أداءً متفوقًا في جميع المباريات.

He started his football career with Al-Shabab Club, where he showcased outstanding skills and an incredible ability to control the midfield.
