Pepsi managed to survive and grow despite significant economic hardships, including the company declaring bankruptcy in 1923 during the Great Depression. But the comeback was strong! Years later, in 1931, Pepsi was relaunched and sold in larger bottles at the same price as its primary competitor, Coca-Cola.
Over time, the rivalry between Pepsi and Coca-Cola became legendary, with each trying to win over more consumers with innovative ad campaigns and new beverages.
